10-10-2010: A telescope making workshop was conducted by BSS district chapter in association with KV science club .60 students from KV science club participated . Prof. P.N Thankachan ,Ganesh kumar ,P.G Sasikumar and Prasanth V from BSS district chapter under the leadership of amateur astronomer K Thankappan conducted the workshop . Each students made their 2 inch telescope.Beena Divakar from Physics dept. of KV was also present. Some photo clippings below
